Welcome to the CommonGrants Dashboard. This page is where you can access all your grant requests and keep track of the requests that you have submitted. This screen also notifies you of how many foundations your profile currently is matching and the amount of money that is available to you in the system.

When first joining CommonGrants the first thing you'll do is create your organizational profile. This is high level information about your organization that comprises about 50% of the grant application that you'll submit to foundations. This profile only needs to be completed once but can of course be updated if any information changes. After completing the narrative section you can upload documents that the foundations require.

CommonGrants allows you store and create unlimited grant requests. Depending on what you're seeking funding for (i.e. capital campaigns, after school programs, general operating support) will dictate which foundations in system that Êfund you. Enter in information about your programs and project Ð requests can be saved and updated on an as needed basis.

Once youÕve completed your organizational profile and grant request you can see the foundations that are likely to fund your project based on the outcomes and descriptions of your project. Select the particular request you are looking for and a list of foundationÕs will appear.

Select any foundationÕs name to see more information about their deadlines, contact information and past giving history.

Select the foundation that you would like to apply to and submit. The system will generate either a full application or a letter of intent form depending on the requirements of the foundation.
